Welcome to the North Las Vegas Alliance of Home Owners Associations and Concerned Citizens website. 

     The North Las Vegas Alliance of Home Owners Associations and Concerned Citizens(informally known as the North Las Vegas Alliance or NLVA), a non-profit Nevada incorporated organization, was created to expedite communication flow between the citizens and homeowners associations of North Las Vegas, the leadership and city departments of the City of North Las Vegas, and developers and service providers within North Las Vegas.  Our organization is not affiliated with the City of North Las Vegas, but is a grass roots organization created by citizens of North Las Vegas.

     Our mission is to provide an effective and efficient method of expediting information on, but not limited to, proposed ordinances, codes, laws, pending developments, zoning changes, code enforcement, and city services that would affect some or all of the community.
